I have been training with this new conversational hypnosis course and it is everything it says it is and more. I am amazed by the amount of material here and the detail of the course. Supposedly this method was used by bank robbers in the UK or something to rob banks! Hopefully you have a little more common sense than and I will not be held reliable for your own actions, but the techniques taught here are priceless. Unbelievable results ...

Well I haven't been on here writing as much as I would like so I apologize. I am getting a ton of info together to start posting and helping people out with hypnosis and hypnotizing. Should be awesome but I need to be more attentive to the blog. Going to cover a lot though, including using trance like states to bring more into your life or help you quit bad habits. How to use it with others and so on. So please keep checking back. More is to come I promise!

Just to be clear...

Not sure what everyone thinks hypnosis is but I get a lot of people asking me about it. Most think that it is some unconscious state where you have no control over anything and you will not remember a thing when you come to. That's not really the case. It is more like wakeful state of extreme focus. A state where someone or even yourself becomes very suggestible. Now hypnosis induction or hypnotic induction is usually interpreted by putting someone in a trance ... but again it's just helping someone become more focused and aware. This method began with the use of the pocket watch waving back and forth, back and forth, you are getting sleepy ... but actually any object, usually bright, can help someone focus and become more relaxed. Research is starting to show that this relaxed state of visualization is extremely powerful. Anyways more good info to come so keep checking back.

Ok so I am kind of a hypnosis geek. Not sure how that all started but it has too much momentum to stop! I am currently taking a course by a guy named Clifford Mee. Really cool stuff takes a lot from Igor Ledochowski and Milton H Erickson, two famous hypnotists. This stuff is used by swat teams to control criminals. Amazing. But anyways, I do like normal things too. My girlfriend and I love to travel. I love music. Hanging and playing basketball with my friends. So I hope this blog turns into a lot of things and not just hypnosis but I am going to keep a journal of my journeys here. So welcome and thanks for checking in.
